Also, although I don't usually post PRs for sets of more than a single rep, I feel that I should mention the record I set for 5 reps of overhead squat---155 lb---since I did it in the same workout.

PR: Jerk
On Monday, I set a personal record on the jerk: 175 lb. And I was this close to putting up 185, too. This was back, split jerk, by the way.

Ever wonder how the SyFy channel comes up the the ideas for all its craptacular monster movies? I think they simply slapped the columns of this chart on a pair of 15-sided dice and started rollin'. Once they begin advertising Sharkshark, we'll know they are truly out of ideas.
