Famous, Again

Since my mom was so excited the last time CrossFit Diesel posted a photo of me, I feel compelled to link to this post. This latest photo was taken during the inaugural strongman class, where we did all kinds of wacky lifts and some tire drags. You can see Keith providing both resistance and encouragement for this exercise.
