PR: Michael

Today I did the workout known as Michael at CrossFit Diesel for the first time. I managed a time of 19:33, over two minutes faster than my previous best and the fastest time of the day at the gym. I think the increased speed was due not to improved fitness but to the pressure and excitement of working out in a group, which is one of the two reasons I joined a gym in the first place. However I achieved the result, I'm Brian with the overhead projector about it.
