PR: Overhead Squat

Last Monday, just an hour before descending into a week-long pit of sickness, I set 3 new personal records in the overhead squat:
  • 175 lb for 1 rep.
  • 175 lb for 2 reps. (Yes, that's the same.)
  • 172.5 lb for 3 reps.
