PR: Clean and Jerk, Clean Only

New personal records set September 22:
  • Clean and jerk:  195 lb.  (A 2.5-lb improvement.)
  • Clean:  200 lb (A 7.5-lb improvement.)
These PRs are only small improvements over the benchmarks set almost exactly a year ago, but given the injury, illness, and lost training I've experienced since then, I'm pretty happy with these results.

Since I'm skill-limited rather than strength- or power-limited on the clean and the jerk, I find ramping up in very small steps (2.5 lb) to be very helpful.
