PR: Back Squat, Press, and CrossFit Total

Last Wednesday's CrossFit Total went pretty well, given that it's the first time I've attempt a max deadlift since before my injury.

  • Back squat:  285, lb a 5-lb improvement. 
  • Press:  150 lb, a PR tie.
  • Deadlift:  320.  25 lb less than my previous best.
  • CrossFit Total:  755 lb, a 45-lb improvement.
