My dislocated finger didn't stop me from setting a new personal record for a single weighted ring dip on Friday: 78 pounds. I think the low eighties is do-able, since I was fatigued from the day's workout before putting up that number, but I think T's 100 pounds is out of reach.
On Tuesday I managed a new personal record for consecutive pull-ups: 46. That's good enough for second place, all-time, at CrossFit Diesel. When I went for number 47, my grip failed. Many of you regular readers already know what happened after that.

Today I set a PR for the workout known as Annie. My new time, 8:36, was much faster than my previous best, 14:02. Most of that saved time came from improved skill at double-unders. Once I master them, I should be doing this WOD in under 7 minutes.
