PR: 3-Minute Box Jump
Last Friday, I set a PR for maximum jumps on to a 24-inch box in 3 minutes: 86. That's not bad, considering that I had just done a number of heavy front squats. My long-term goal is 100.
PR: Front Squat
Last Friday, I set a couple of new PRs for the front squat:
- 2 reps: 207.5 lb.
- 3 reps: 205 lb.

PR: Overhead Squat
Last Monday, just an hour before descending into a week-long pit of sickness, I set 3 new personal records in the overhead squat:
- 175 lb for 1 rep.
- 175 lb for 2 reps. (Yes, that's the same.)
- 172.5 lb for 3 reps.
