PR: Back Squat

On 2012.12.14, I set a new personal record for the back squat:  277.5 lb.  The low-bar technique is really helping me out.  That's a 10-lb improvement, and I think 280 to 282.5 would have been possible if I'd had more time.  I'm resetting my long-term goal at 300.
