PR: Pull-Up/Wallball WOD

Last Monday, October 1, CrossFit Diesel repeated this unnamed WOD:

  • For minimum time, peform 21-, 18-, 15-, 12-, 9-, 6-, and 3-rep rounds of
    • Pull-Up
    • Wallball 

I set a new personal record of 8:40.  That's almost 5 minutes faster than my previous best of 13:25.
