PR: Jerk

Today I set a new PR in the jerk:  225 lb, a 20-lb improvement.  For the record, the movement was a split jerk from the back.

PR: Double-Unders

My personal record for consecutive double-unders was set a few months ago:  67.  I've gotten halfway reliable at doing sets of 50, by which I mean I can do them about half the time;  50 is about as many as I expect to need to do in a WOD.  Perhaps I'll see if I can get to 100 in a row.  I don't think I'll try to go beyond that.

PR: Handstand Walk

I set a new personal record for handstand walking today:  93 feet.

PR: Snatch

I set a new snatch PR today:  150 lb.  That's a 10-lb improvement.

PR: Handstand Walk

Earlier this week, I set a new personal record for handstand walking:  83 feet.  I hope to reach 100 feet sometime this year.

PR: Pull-Up/Wallball WOD

Last Monday, October 1, CrossFit Diesel repeated this unnamed WOD:

  • For minimum time, peform 21-, 18-, 15-, 12-, 9-, 6-, and 3-rep rounds of
    • Pull-Up
    • Wallball 

I set a new personal record of 8:40.  That's almost 5 minutes faster than my previous best of 13:25.

PR: Push Press

Lacking a post to the contrary and being too lazy to dig through my handwritten records, I'm going to assume my push presses today constituted personal records:
  • Push press, 4 reps: 165 lb.
  • Push press, 5 reps:  160 lb.
