PR: Back Squat

Today, use a low-bar position, I set a new PR for back squat:  280 lb.  That's only a 2.5-lb improvement, but given that my previous best was set less than a month ago, I'm pretty happy with it.  I'll aim for 285 next time, and my long-term goal is 300 lb.
