At this point, I'm just waiting for live-action versions of "M.A.S.K." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M.A.S.K.) and "Captain Planet;" once those are done, the era of our childhood will be all but mined out, its rich vein of IP entirely exploited... er... "reimagined" by the collective creative bankruptcy of Hollywood ca. 2008.
